changes, please contact us immediately.
You have no deposit to pay before your arrival, but we
ask you in case of cancellation several months or days before your arrival to
send us mail or SMS. No fees will be asked.
The payment of our service will be done on the spot in
cash in euro (no credit card)
We reserve the right to cancel, change all or part of
your program established in advance in case of major forces before or during
the trip (war, political unrest, strikes, acts of terrorism, impassable roads
and bridges, floods, epidemics , natural / climatic disasters ...) if such a
situation happened together we would consider solutions to satisfy your desires
and make you discover Mongolia in the best possible conditions. Flexibility and
a sense of humor to any test will guarantee the smooth running of your trip and
unforgettable moments!
formalities of police, health, visa etc… required in Mongolia, at any time of
the trip. Travel conditions in Mongolia can be challenging.
The participant takes care of all the formalities of
departure and Mongolian customs (passport, visa, repatriation insurance, loss
of luggage insurance, health insurance ...)
It is recommended to keep the insurance company's
phone numbers, a photocopy of your passport and visa, and a photocopy of the
airline ticket.
If the participant does not respect the rules of Mongolian
immigration, customs ... it will assume the consequences and in particular to
take in charge the possible expenses caused here on the spot in Mongolia.
Each participant must follow the rules and advice
given by the group leader (manage director, interpreter, guide, driver ...),
therefore the latter cannot be held responsible for incidents, accidents or
physical injuries caused by recklessness of the participant.
We ask participants with health problems to let us
know before departure so that we can better intervene if necessary.
GUARANTEES & INSURANCE
Founded and registered in 2003, Mongoliatours
subsidiary of Mejet Tours, obtained in 2003 the tourist certificate from the
Ministry of Tourism and Environment.
Each participant must subscribe before his departure to a personal insurance including the repatriation, and possibly the loss of luggage, the civil liability etc.
We thank you for checking with your insurance which is
their partner here on the spot in Mongolia, in case of repatriation in particular.
ABOUT THE PRICES OF OUR SERVICES
The rental price includes:
Driver, petrol and his vehicle
Camping equipment (kitchen, tent)
Free transfer from bus and railway station to hotel/guest house in UB in arrival and departure,
transfer from and to airport: please ask for the price
The rental price does not include:
International and national air flights / train /bus
Passport & Visa fees
Repatriation insurance
Travel Insurance
Airport taxes
Meals, drinks, accommodation
Personal phone calls
Sleeping bag
Horse /camel/yak ride
Taxes national parks, entrance museums, shows, cultural visits ...
All service that were not approved during trip construction

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
The price of our services does not include
international flights. The most advantageous is often to buy your ticket via
internet on the various websites of airlines.
Warning: the departure from Europe is one day before
the start of the circuit because of the time difference you arrive the day
after your departure.
